Midstate briefs: Missing attorney makes contact, (Contact lense) Clarksville police say
Missing attorney Van L. Riggins Jr. has been spotted and "appears to be OK," Clarksville Police Officer Tim Chandler said Wednesday. Riggins was reported missing Oct. 14 by his wife, Melinda, who indicates in a police report she last saw her husband on Oct. 12.
